Since 2017, we’ve been committed to supporting employees through our ‘15below wellbeing journey’ which focuses on supporting every element of wellbeing – whether it be mental, physical or financial – providing 15belowers with resources and support, both inside and outside of work. We aim to empower 15belowers to pursue and improve both their personal wellbeing and professional goals, offering support through information, guidance, and reassurance.
