The expertise of the 15below Support Team is something we are incredibly proud of: This team of 10 developers (and their fabulous manager, Karen!) is the face of our brand; available 24/7 supporting our customers with all sorts of questions and challenges.
In 2022, they continued to resolve issues in record time, tailor the platform hundreds of times based on customer requests and identified areas of improvement to make sure our customers make the best use of our technology.
It’s no wonder the team has a 98% customer satisfaction rate: Our customers have access to a team of professionals with years of experience between them (some have been here as long as 10 years!) to help provide support for each bespoke version of the 15below notifications platform, including solving 1,566 alerts outside of business hours.
