What is the 15below Product Feedback Community?
It is a forum designed to help guide our product development by gathering feedback from the people in the industry we trust the most - our customers! Your experience, knowledge, and feedback will help us to better understand your challenges and requirements, and to help us prioritise new product development that brings the most value to you.
How does it work?
We are looking for people like you who are happy to be contacted for relevant research being conducted by our Product Team. The insights we gain from these sessions will influence our product development roadmap.
We'll be collecting your thoughts and opinions via surveys, focus groups, and product roadmap sessions and will also be looking for development partners for each of our product initiatives.
The research will be conducted on an ad-hoc basis, and participation in each session is optional, but 15below will only contact people who have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who should sign up?
In short, anyone can sign up. We need people from all levels of a business; day-to-day users of our platform, the c-suite, and everyone in between. The way in which we conduct our research, and the questions we ask, will always be relevant to you, your department, job role and level within the business.
Why should I sign up?
By taking part in the 15below Product Feedback Community, you'll be joining peers from across the industry who will be sharing their challenges, experiences, and suggestions.
Contributing alongside representatives from other 15below customers including British Airways, Ryanair, Qantas, SWISS, and WestJet, there will be plenty of insights and best practice ideas that you can take back as recommendations for your own company, no matter your job role or business model.
