LEVEL furthers passenger-centric approach with tech leaders 15below

Low-cost airline LEVEL has chosen 15below to facilitate the sending of hyper-personalised, automated notifications that will allow the airline to stay connected to its customers through every stage of their journey.

With the 15below platform integrated with its reservation system, LEVEL will now be able to automatically and efficiently sort PNRs at the touch of a button and send personalised messages via each passenger’s preferred channel at the optimum point in their journey.

Additionally, working with 15below will allow the airline to offer best-in-class self-serve functionality to passengers affected by disruption, empowering customers to quickly select an alternative option when delays, cancellations or diversions affect their flight.

LEVEL, which is part of the International Airlines Group (IAG), is the 55th airline to join the 15below customer community; one that already includes IAG carrier, British Airways.
