Aviation Festival 2018
5th-7th September 2018
Business Design Centre, London
The digitisation of the aviation industry continues at a rapid pace, with the automation of passenger communications proving to be a driving force.
As airlines realise they must deliver the personal, bespoke and real-time service customers now demand from all businesses, they increasingly turn to automation. Failure to do so risks reputational damage and opening a critical service deficit to competitors.
The theme of this year’s Aviation Festival in London is the digitisation of the aviation industry and we are delighted to be sponsoring and exhibiting at the event.
Why not talk to us about your passenger communications at the Aviation Festival?
Our team will be on hand throughout the festival so book a meeting or find us at Stand 80b.
We would also love to see you at our interactive roundtable event:
Title: How to build loyalty during disruption
Date: 6th September
Hosted by: Al Tredinnick, Business Development Manager, 15below
Disruption doesn’t have to be bad news for airlines and travel companies. It also provides a unique opportunity to build trust, rapport and loyalty when handled well.
This roundtable session will look at the crucial role played by communications when it comes to reacting to and dealing with disruption. It will study the importance of finding solutions rather than focusing on problems to delight customers and, in turn, drive additional revenue.
We will also introduce several of the innovative strategies adopted by travel businesses around the world to excel in times of disruption and highlight future opportunities and likely trends.
