China Airlines chooses 15below to deliver personalised passenger notifications

Passenger communications specialist 15below has announced China Airlines has become the latest major airline to use its industry-leading notifications platform.

China Airlines, which carries more than 15 million passengers annually, will use 15below’s passenger communications platform to send personalised, real-time notifications to inform and empower its customers at every stage of their journey.

15below, which works with more than 50 of the world’s top airlines including Cathay Pacific, Lufthansa and British Airways, will implement its Disruption, Queue Manager and Itineraries & Receipts solutions to allow China Airlines to deliver exceptional customer experiences while enjoying significant operational benefits.

The 15below solution is designed to significantly reduce the pressure placed on the airline’s ground staff and contact centre, as more passengers are able to effectively self-serve by selecting from the options available to them – such as re-booking and refunds – at the touch of a button.

China Airlines will also use the 15below platform to send personalised booking confirmations and receipts via multiple channels, including email and SMS. These will be tailored to each booking and designed to maximise the potential of what is often an airline’s first touchpoint with customers.
